This project is a robot machine tool processing automation system, which USES industrial robots to cooperate with dual-station manual grip to replace machine tool operators, and automatically completes all the processes in the workpiece processing, including: transmission, picking, positioning, detection, loading and unloading, etc.
1. One FANUC robot is responsible for three machine tools, saving manpower and increasing production.
2. The positioning machine automatically locates the Angle of the product.
3. The front and back two chain plate lines are automatically connected with other processing stations.
