This project is a robot injection molding automation system, which USES industrial robots to cooperate with two-station strong magnetic separation type manual grip to replace operators, and USES a four-station splitter turntable feeding machine to automatically position the inserts while taking the pieces, so as to improve the operating efficiency of the equipment
1. Innovative design of strong magnetic separation hand claws to avoid surface scratch caused by product clamping and accurate positioning.
2. The equipment has the extensibility of the later reconstruction, which can realize the automatic feeding and positioning of the one-module four-hole, and meanwhile, it can install high-freedom hydraulic port pliers for automatic water outlet removal, saving 3-4 manpower.
3. Rotary disk type material disc, once feeding to meet the long time production.
