Realize automatic assembly of bottle cap, seal ring, plug and air tightness detection.
1. The base of the product is transported online, and robot A grabs the CCD camera to take photos and detect the direction, and then grabs it into the dividing disc carrier.
2. The plug is transported to the grasping material mouth through the vibration disk. Robot A holds the thimble and carries the plug with it. After the assembly is completed, the splitter will rotate clockwise to the next work station.
3. The o-ring can grab the o-ring by rotating the material on the hopper, and then put it in the black above the product base. The splitter will rotate clockwise to the next station.
4. The splitter rotates clockwise to the next station, and the white o-ring is assembled. The action is the same as the previous procedure. The splitter rotates clockwise to the next station.
5. The rotating handling arm shall move the base in the dividing disc loader to the pressing module, and at the same time, the pressed base shall be placed on the loader (press down, lift up the cylinder under the loader, assemble the o-ring into the base), and the splitter shall rotate clockwise to the next station.
6. The test module conducts leakage detection on the assembled products. After the inspection, robot B screws the bottle cap into the base and puts it into the cylinder loading module, which flows into robot C.
1. The project adopts epson robot and CCD camera to accurately determine the loading position.
Vibration plate feeding method is adopted
3. The o-ring can be grabbed efficiently by rotating the material bin handling the mechanical arm
